Destruction of Armenianness of Artsakh is a historical and political necessity for Azerbaijan

The rhetoric of the President of Azerbaijan I. Aliyev, particularly, the statements about the disintegration of state institutions in Artsakh, are not new in the context of Azerbaijani politics.
